These are dental reconstructions in the aesthetic area- front upper and lower teeth.

WHAT IS AN AESTHETIC RESTORATION?

-

Aesthetic restorations are performed by removing damaged dental tissue in a visible area and reconstructing dental structure with highly aesthetic composites. Our goal is to re-create lost dental tissue giving a perfect natural shape for the teeth always having in mind the function. To achieve excellent results a special knowledge about teeth anatomy and aesthetic composites is required.

FAQ

-

What is the difference between conventional filling and aesthetic restoration?

Aesthetic restoration is a filling made by following strict protocols and special techniques to rebuild lost/damaged tissue - starting with use of magnifying loupes, quality of the materials, use of rubber dam (isolation), layering technique, polishing technique, etc. The way the restoration is made plays a significant role in different aspects - aesthetics, functionality and durability.

Can every dentist perform it?

To achieve excellent long-lasting results a special knowledge about teeth anatomy and aesthetic composites is required. Dental Aesthetic Specialists constantly deepen their knowledge about different techniques and materials, that's why they can guarantee the success of the treatment.

FUNCTIONAL RESTORATIONS

-

These are dental reconstructions that precisely rebuild lost dental tissue and returns full functionality for the teeth.

WHAT IS A FUNCTIONAL RESTORATION?

-

A functional restoration is any small or big dental reconstruction that re-creates lost dental anatomy and function. Every single cusp, ridge or groove on the surface of the tooth has a particular function and participates in chewing. Wrong reconstruction can lead to different negative consequences and even affect your overall health - poor mastication, tooth fracture, tooth pain, malposition of teeth, gingivitis, periodontitis, bone loss, headaches and many more.

BETTER THAN BEFORE

-

Correctly performed functional restoration following strict protocols guarantees long-lasting excellent results for plenty of years avoiding any of those negative oral health issues, strengthening your teeth and improving your mastication.

All our fillings from the smallest to the biggest one are performed in this way.

FAQ

-

What is the difference between normal filling and a functional restoration?

Functional restoration is not just a filling - it is a treatment based on thorough analysis of your bite, masticatory system, your habits, and performed following strict protocols of reconstructing correct teeth anatomy.

Can every dentist perform it?

Yes and no. It doesn't require another Masters degree to perform a correct functional reconstruction, but it does require knowledge, precision, time and patience - not every dentist has it all.
